Our Process

We’ve refined our production process into the Five C’s of professional video production services, all geared toward delivering to you an end product that’s creative, fresh and entertaining:

Consultation

• We gather information about your needs, such as how many hours of footage and photos you have and the desired length of your final video production. (We recommend 15 minutes or less to create a more watchable video.)
• We discuss creative options for the video such as adding text, graphics and music. (You can let us know what music you want or after getting your input we can choose for you based on your tastes.)
• We will work with you on pricing based on the amount of video, number of photos and the level of customization you want.
• We will work out a timeline for production and delivery of the finished product, especially when you wish to receive it in time for a special occasion.

Collection

• Send us the videos and photos that you would like us to use in the production of your video. They can be sent via express mail or Fed Ex or couriered or dropped off at our office in New York City.
  

Creation

• We edit your best video using professional editing software, which allows us to add fun graphics, titles and music to create your customized video.
• We may contact you through the process to gather additional information we need about the “star(s)” of the show.

Content Review

• We provide you with an on-line review before we finalize your custom DVD.
• Once you’ve approved the final version of your movie, we burn it to DVD so it lives on in perpetuity!

Courier

• We will make as many copies of the edited DVD as you need and deliver them to you along with your original tapes and photos.
  
  (Courier service is available within New York City and all other deliveries will be made via Fed Ex.)
